HEATING & COOLING

Radiant floor

With radiant floor systems, every square meter can be exploited to achieve an ideal indoor climate.

And not just for heating but also for summer cooling, thanks to the technological evolution of regulation devices: radiant floors become reversible systems which can be exploited for the entire thermal cycle of the residential unit, thus representing a valid alternative to air conditioning.

In both operational regimes, heating and cooling, hydronic radiant floors require a limited temperature difference between water and the ambient to be conditioned, and between the environment itself and the external air: that is why they can be defined systems with reduced temperature difference. Optimal comfort with even and constant temperatures in the various rooms, no convective currents, energy saving, excellent exploitation of renewable source energy, greater space availability are only a few of the many comforts that make “invisible systems” more and more widespread in new constructions and renovation works.

    Advantages

  • Maximum environmental comfort (uniform distribution of the horizontal and vertical temperatures, absence of drafts and dust circulation, silent operation)
  • Efficient energy consumption for the entire life of the building (lower comfort temperature compared to that of traditional radiator systems, for an energy savings of 7÷8% for every degree less of the air)
  • Ideal climate for all seasons, given that a single system is suitable for heating in the winter and cooling in the summer
  • Thanks to the operation with water at less extreme temperatures, it is ideal in combination with high efficiency generators (such as condensing boilers and heat pumps) and provides efficient use of renewable sources (such as geothermal and solar thermal).
  • Maximum architectural freedom, thanks to the absence of terminals in the room
  • No maintenance
  • For new constructions and restorations in both the residential and tertiary/industrial sectors
  • Single producer to guarantee a wide range of complete, reliable and economical solutions

Radiant wall

In existing homes, it’s easier to install radiant heating in the walls than under the floor—often an affordable compromise for energy efficient comfort.

Think “radiant heating” and you’re likely to think of floors. But did you know that radiant heat panels can also be installed in your walls to offer the same clean, quiet, even heat for which the floor system is known?

For instance, radiant panels don’t use electrical cables to transmit heat at all. Radiant panels are hydronic—meaning, they radiate warmth by circulating heated water through built-in flexible tubing. The result? Exquisite comfort without sky-high utility bills.

rooms, no convective currents, energy saving, excellent exploitation of renewable source energy, greater space availability are only a few of the many comforts that make “invisible systems” more and more widespread in new constructions and renovation works.

Radiant Ceiling

Radiant ceilings circulate hot or cold water through concealed copper tubing on the back of the panels providing sustainable heating and cooling with minimal air ventilation requirements. With hydronic radiant ceiling systems, your space is heated and cooled more efficiently, bringing comfort to all occupants.

Flexibility

Hydronic radiant panels can be incorporated in various ceiling solutions including lay-in and torsion spring, providing unrestricted floor space since there is no need for floor mounted heating systems.

Control Response

Efficient, lightweight radiant panels will heat up and cool down quickly.

Superior Comfort

With radiant ceiling systems, surfaces are uniformly heated or cooled making occupant comfort easy to achieve year round.
